Draft for review — not yet effective.
[ALBERT-APPROVE] This is a working draft written to be accurate to how the site actually behaves. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed before launch — especially the entity name, jurisdiction, retention periods, and any GDPR/CCPA obligations that apply to where your visitors are located.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by ACAS (Autonomous Capital Allocation System). For any privacy question, contact us at hello@acasintelligence.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the interest category you selected, an optional company or project name, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is generated automatically by the act of visiting any website.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and continue that conversation.
- To keep the site secure and available, and to diagnose problems.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.
4. Who else can see it
We use third-party service providers to operate this site — including our web host and our email provider. They process data on our behalf, under their own terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
5. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, then deleted on a periodic review.
[ALBERT-APPROVE] Set a concrete retention period here (e.g. "24 months from last contact") once you decide on one.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will act on the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
7. Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this notice will be updated first and a consent mechanism added where required.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We hold credentials in a password manager with multi-factor authentication, and we do not store payment card data.
9. Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
This page describes how the website handles information. It does not describe how any ACAS product or client engagement handles data — those are covered by their own agreements.
