ACAS Tools products
This section applies to every product unless its block below says otherwise.
- ACAS Tools products run on your own computer. There is no ACAS account and no ACAS server that receives your content.
- Outbound traffic happens only when you trigger it, and only to services you configured — for example an AI provider, a messaging bot, a social platform or scheduler you connected, or a manual update check that reads a small public text file and sends nothing about you.
- Keys and tokens you enter are stored in your operating system's credential vault (Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain), never in a file we write.
- ACAS Tools receives nothing automatically. A support bundle is sent only by you, by email, and contains counts, versions, and redacted settings.
- Third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

This website
Separately from the software, this website collects the following.
- Information you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the interest category you selected, an optional company or project name, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is generated automatically by the act of visiting any website.
We use it to reply to you, to keep the site secure and available, and to meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
[ALBERT-APPROVE] Set a concrete retention period for contact enquiries (for example “24 months from last contact”), and have this notice reviewed before the site is promoted.
