Support
ACAS Tools makes focused, private-by-design software for people who would rather own their tools than rent them. Support is by email: hello@acasintelligence.com.
What to include in a request
- Product name and version.
- Operating system.
- The exact steps you took.
- The complete error text.
- Screenshots, with any secrets removed.
Some products can export a support bundle. Send it only when asked.
Where builds come from
Each product's download page is listed in its block below. Quit the app fully before installing an update.
Unsigned test builds
During alpha and beta, builds are not code-signed. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open the first time you launch it. On Windows, choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
