Software provided as is
Software is provided by ACAS Tools “as is” during alpha and beta, without warranty. You are responsible for what you publish, for the accuracy of facts you enter, for rights to the media you use, and for complying with each platform's rules.
Where a product drafts with an AI provider you configure, charges from that provider are yours, and generated text is a draft you review.
Licence
You may use the installed software for personal or business purposes. You may not redistribute installers, and you may not reverse engineer the software beyond what the law permits.
Market content on this site
ACAS is a technology and research organization. Nothing on this website is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, a solicitation, an offer to buy or sell any security or digital asset, or a recommendation of any trading strategy. ACAS is not a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
