Why it exists
Releasing music is a second job. CADENCE keeps it organised, not automated.
Every release needs the same work: the story, a post for each platform, artwork in several sizes, a schedule, and someone checking it all before it goes out. CADENCE does the preparing and the tracking. The posting stays with you, so nothing goes out that you haven't read.
Fill in Release Details: the artist's voice and audience once, then the facts of this release. Blank stays blank, so nothing gets invented.
Pick your channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads and more) and draft posts with your own AI provider or a local model.
Review the Week: read each draft and approve that exact text. Edit it later and the approval goes stale.
The calendar holds each post at an exact local time and time zone and reminds you before anything unapproved is due.

Local-first
No CADENCE server, no account, no analytics, no telemetry. API keys live in your operating system's credential vault.
Your AI, your bill
Bring Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter, Together AI or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or run Ollama or LM Studio locally. An Offline Demo needs no AI at all.
Numbers you import
Import performance numbers from platform CSV or JSON exports and CADENCE turns them into advice. It pairs with Setlist for outreach, by file.
Honest limits
What CADENCE is not.
Not an auto-poster
It never posts by itself. The one exception is approved text you choose to send to your own Buffer account, one post at a time.
Not a live dashboard
It doesn't log in to your platforms to fetch numbers. You import their exports, and you get advice, not actions.
Not on Intel Macs
The Mac version needs Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and macOS 15. The browser handoff helper is still experimental.
